Protecting your personal data is important to me. This website, as well as the apps I publish that are linked from it, are deliberately designed so that no tracking and no analysis of your usage behavior takes place. No analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising trackers, social media plugins or comparable services are used.

Personal data is only processed to the extent absolutely necessary for the technical operation of the website (see point 3).

3. Provision of the Website and Creation of Server Log Files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are:

• IP address (generally truncated or anonymized where technically possible)
• date and time of the request
• page/file accessed
• amount of data transferred
• browser type and version used
• operating system used
• referrer URL (previously visited page)

This data is used exclusively to ensure a technically error-free and secure operation of the website (e.g. error analysis, defense against attacks), and is not merged with other data sources or used to create usage profiles.

Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional operation of the website). Server log files are generally deleted automatically after a short time, but at the latest within the periods customary for the respective hosting provider.

This website uses no cookies whatsoever (neither technically necessary ones nor tracking, analytics or marketing cookies). No user profiles are created and no tracking across multiple websites takes place.

This website contains references and links to apps that I have published (see Apps).

For apps that process personal data beyond purely local use (e.g. as part of user accounts, cloud features or location data), a separate, app-specific privacy policy applies. This is available on the app's respective subpage on this website as well as within the app itself (e.g. in the settings). For all other, purely locally functioning apps, no tracking and no collection of usage data takes place on my part; any data required for functionality remains exclusively on your device.

Please note: to the extent these apps are obtained through app stores (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play Store), the respective store operator's own privacy policies additionally apply to obtaining, installing and using these stores, over which I have no influence.

Under the GDPR, you generally have the following rights, provided the respective legal requirements are met:
