Reiseplaner helps you organize every trip clearly, from the first booking to your return. Instead of searching for booking confirmations across different emails and apps, you collect every leg of a trip – flights, trains, rental cars, accommodation, restaurants, activities and appointments – day by day in one place.

How it works

• Create a trip with a start and end date
• Add entries for each day: transport (flight, train, car, rental car, bus, ferry, on foot), accommodation, dining, events, activities, or free-form diary notes
• Record times including time zone, start and destination location, booking reference, and cost
• Import a booking confirmation as a photo, scan, or PDF – Reiseplaner reads the text directly on your device and automatically suggests times, location, booking reference, and cost before you confirm and save them
• Attach photos, screenshots, or documents as proof to any entry
• View the entire route of a trip on the map

Automatic Location Suggestion

When creating a new entry, Reiseplaner can suggest your current location as a coordinate. This is entirely optional – you can always enter the location manually or select it on the map instead.

Trip as PDF

A clear PDF can be created from any trip: with a map overview of the entire route, one page per travel day with all entries, and all attached photos at the end. Handy for sharing, backing up, or printing.

Your Data Stays Private

All trip data, documents, and photos are stored exclusively on your device. There is no cloud sync, no user account, and no tracking.
